Why do prices vary so much between marketing agencies?

Will prices ever go up after I sign?

What Is The Setup Fee?
The one-time setup fee of $150 helps cover onboarding work like tracking setup, account access and your initial audit. It is billed separately from your monthly rate and only billed once.
Are There Payment Plans or Discounts?
Yes, Gray Matter Marketing believes everyone should have access to affordable marketing, which is why we offer our Entrepreneur Discount that’s available for small businesses or solo operators. We also work with your budget and needs to ensure your marketing grows your business, not hurts it.
What if I cancel my marketing services in the middle of a billing cycle?
Your service continues until the end of that billing cycle that you’ve already paid for. We don’t prorate refunds or work without pay, but you won’t be charged again once you’ve given written notice before the next billing cycle begins.
Does Gray Matter Marketing charge for hosting my website?
No, we believe that you should own every aspect of your website including hosting. While some agencies like having the reoccurring revenue from charging you to host your site, the website system can host for less. We still manage your site and ensure it’s functional and up-to-date.
Can I pause my marketing services instead of cancelling them completely?
Life happens and sometimes marketing needs to take a back seat. While we never encourage you to pause your services, instead we work with you to find a solution that works for you that keeps your momentum going while decreasing stress or financial burden. Restarting after a pause or cancellation requires a new 3-month commitment, since results take time to rebuild momentum.
How much should I budget for Google Ads outside the management fee?
Google recommends a minimum of $500 in ad spend to get your campaign out of their learning phase. However, based on your budget, area and market we can work with you budget to try and maximize your ads.
What do I need to provide in order to get started?
Once you decide to start with us, we will schedule a time to either meet in-person or virtual to gain access to everything, setup accounts and conduct an introductory interview with you to ensure we know exactly how to build your marketing so that it’s successful.
